Foreign Students: The
applications of sponsored or self-financed foreign national candidates will
also be considered for admission to the MTech/MDes Programme. For prescribed academic criteria, please see
the eligibility criteria
for MSR programme. GATE/NET-JRF qualification is not compulsory.
The desirous foreign nationals will submit their complete bio-data with
regard to their academic qualifications indicating clearly (1) the class
obtained, (2) percentage of marks where marks are awarded and Cumulative
Performance Index (CPI) or equivalent where grades are awarded, and (3)
proficiency in English. the completed application form by fax to +91-361-2690762. Fees: Foreign
students from countries under South Asian Association of Regional Cooperation
(SAARC) have to pay US Dollars (USD) 2,000/- or equivalent amount as Tuition
Fees every year and other Academic, Hostel and Mess related Fees every
semester. For students from non-SAARC countries, the Tuition Fee is USD
4,000/- or equivalent amount and also they have to pay other Academic, Hostel
and Mess related Fees. Accommodation: Foreign students can stay in
the hostels along with Indian students. The hostel rooms are single-seated.
Limited number of quarter-type accommodation for married students is also
available. |

Relaxation in
Minimum Marks for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates: The

Reservation of
Seats: Seats
are reserved for Indian Nationals under the categories, SC/ ST/ OBC
(Non-Creamy Layer)/ Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and PwD
(Persons with Disability) according to the Government of India rules. Note:
