The M.Tech.+Ph.D. (Dual) programme is only meant for the Non-CS/IT background condidates. Admissions into the Dual programme happens only once a year (for the July Session). Advertisement generally comes out immediately after GATE result announcement and written-test-cum-interview happens sometime in May-June.
