Scope and Objectives of the programe
Projects are becoming the major tool for implementing and achieving the strategic goals of the organisation. In the context of corporate strategy, innovation is the key for achieving competitive advantage in current business world.
The Central public sector Enterprises & State Level Public Enterprises must emphasise on projects in the line of innovation. Such innovative projects would bring positive and rapid change at different levels of system, product, process and service. After going through this programme, the participants shall have a holistic and integrative view of projects and shall understand how Project Management, Innovation and Change management contributes to the strategic goals of the organisation. Integration starts with the process of selecting innovative projects through consideration of technical and managerial issues of the project for successful planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project. Various issues of technology management will be also discussed in the programme. Efforts are also included to give overview of computer aided Project Management tools and emerging concepts. Hands on workshops will be conducted on MS Project.
