Param Ishan
Param-Ishan is a 250 Teraflops capacity hybrid HPC at IIT Guwahati. Hon'ble HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar inaugurates the facility on 19th September 2016. It has total 162 compute Nodes with 300TB of Storage based on lustre parallel file system.
Param Kamrupa
Param-kamrupa is a 838 Teraflops High Performance Computing cluster going to be installed at IIT Guwahati. This cluster have 110 CPU-only computing nodes, 39 CPU-only High Memory Computing nodes, 10 GPU nodes with 2 NVIDIA V100 GPU cards per node.
Computer Lab
IIT Guwahati's Computer & Communication Centre features a well-equipped Computer laboratory, housing approximately 450 state-of-the-art computers.

The Computer & Communication Centre is solely responsible for keeping the Electronic Communication & Computation related facilities available to each and every member of IIT Guwahati.
The services provided by the Computer & Communication Centre includes:
- Installation & Maintenance of Servers/Devices for Internet Access (LAN & WiFi), Web Hosting, Office Automation and Computational Facilities.
- Providing IIT Guwahati E-Mail Services.
- Providing Web Hosting facilities.
- Management of IIT Guwahati websites.
- Providing Office Automation services.
- Maintaining the huge campus network, consisting about 10,000 nodes.
- Management of the Centralized Computer Lab accessible to all the students of the Institute as well as to other local researchers/students.
- Provides & maintains the PCs of the Faculty & Staff members.
- Management of the Institute telephone lines.
- Providing facilities to the Students who come from various Academic Institutes from all over the world for their Short-term Courses, Project Work, Summer Training etc.
- Providing technical assistance to the Academic Institutes and Organizations in and around Guwahati.
