It is more than six years that we have started using "iitg.ac.in" as our primary domain for email and web identity. However, users are still able to receive emails sent to "iitg.ernet.in" domain and the website is also accessible. till now. But this domain is no longer maintained due to contractual obligations, as a result users might face issues in receiving email or accessing the website in "iitg.ernet.in" and eventually it will completely stop working.

Therefore users are requested to use and publish only "iitg.ac.in", and change/modify/update email addresses with any relevant services, subscriptions, or contacts whereever possible to "iitg.ac.in" domain.
