Project: A Novel Ancient Herbal Plants Applications in Food Grain Preservation Techniques of Northeast India

My research deals with identifying the various herbal plants available in Northeast regions for food grain storage applications, extraction of bio-active compounds from herbal plants through ancient Ayurvedic route and their insecticidal behaviour against stored pests. The research also includes antibacterial, and antifungal studies.
