Minimization of Central Air Conditioning Electricity Consumption in Faculty Chambers

In an email communication, Prof. Uppaluri, the Professor-in-Charge of Green Office has requested faculty colleagues to minimize Air conditioning utilization in various faculty chambers. Given the fact that the institute has significant amount of electricity bill from the central air conditioning unit, faculty have been requested to kindly switch off the A.C. blower in their office while going for lectures/practicals/meetings/seminars etc.

Soon, Green Office will place a sticker on the door of each faculty member chamber to remind faculties leaving their office for official work else to switch off the A.C. blower and other accessories. <-- back to News & Updates
