Confocal Microscope LSM 880 with Airyscan Fast module is equipped with Filter set (49DAPI, 47CFP, 38Endow GFP, 46YFP, 63HE mRFP, 50Cy 5),Objective (5x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 63x, 100x), Laser (Argon- Multiline 458/488/514, DPSS 561 nm, HeNe 633 nm) and Programmable Incubation System. The Airyscan pinhole-plane detection technology with a new illumination shaping approach, enabling a fourfold increase in image acquisition rates.
