Fluorescence Spectrophotometer

Description:
HORIBA FluoroMax Plus 4C fluorescence spectrophotometer is equipped with Ozone-free 150 watt Xenon arc lamp (185-850 nm), R928P photon counting PMT detector and a reference photodiode for monitoring lamp output. The system is featured with automatic self-calibration of all wavelength drives and slits. The in-built Czerny-Turner optics gives high spatial resolution and ultimate sensitivity with a high S/N ratio (10000:1) for water Raman signal. This system has integrating sphere for the measurement of quantum yield.

Applications:

1. To study the excitation and emission spectra of materials.
2. To investigate photodynamic of ground state and excited state of fluorescent species.
