UV-Vis Double Beam Spectrophotometer

Description:
Agilent Cary 100 UV-VIS spectrophotometer is equipped with a combination of Tungsten-Halogen lamp and Deuterium lamp as excitation sources, and R928 PMT detector that ranges from 190 to 900 nm. The Czerny-Turner (0.278 m) optics provides an accuracy of ± 2 nm with an Absorbance of 4. The sample chamber is connected with a temperature controller that allows to record sample at 0-100 °C. This system can record the absorption spectrum of samples in liquid.
