Dr. Himanshu Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Prior to joining IIT Guwahati, Dr. Gupta was associated with T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) Bengaluru, where he served as an Assistant Professor and Area Chairperson for Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Dr. Gupta has received Academic Excellence Award from Swami Shraddhanand College, University of Delhi, for securing second position in his graduating batch. He has published several research papers in international journals and has presented his work at numerous international conferences. His academic interests include Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, precarious and gig employment, health, well-being and spirituality, labour migration, and generational differences in the workplace.
