SPIE student’s symposium V aims to provide a platform for all budding physicists, in and around Kokrajhar to gain a unique learning experience about light and optics The symposium shall offer a myriad of opportunities in the form of lectures by eminent physicists, tutorials, optics quiz, science model demonstration, etc to develop a deeper understanding of science and its relevance in our day to day life The symposium intends to help kindle the interest of the students toward a career in optics and its related areas.

Eligibility Criteria
- School/UG/PG students who have keen interest and want to explore more on optics and photonics to determine whether these fields might be their choice of career are encouraged to apply.
- The quiz competition is open to 11th, 12th, B.Sc/B.S., B. Tech/B. E. and M. Sc Students.
- The Model Exhibition is open for all.
