Hi there...

I am RAJNANDAN

Physicist | PHD | B.Tech | PMRF | SPMF | All India Rank 04 in NET-JRF

I received my Ph.D. degree in Physics from IIT Guwahati in May 2024. My thesis work is entitled as Laser Cooling and Trapping of Rubidium using a Narrow Transition. I carried out my Ph.D. work under the supervision of Dr. Kanhaiya Pandey at the Atom based Quantum Technologies Lab. in the Dept. of Physics, IIT Guwahati. During my Ph.D., I have been awarded with two of the most prestigeous fellowships, Prime Minister's Research Fellowship (PMRF) and Shyama Prasad Mukherjee (SPM) Fellowship. Before joinig the direct Ph.D. program, I obtained my B.Tech. degree in Engineering Physics in 2018 from IIT Guwahati.
