Applicants are advised to complete their application well before the deadline to allow time for resolution of technical issues that might arise during the application.
For questions regarding the Scholarship Schemes or the selection process: Read through the detailed advertisement and check the FAQ to see if the issue is not already addressed. Assuming that you have a question that is not so addressed, you may contact one of the Zonal Coordinators by email. Refer to the advertisement for contact details of the Zonal Coordinators.
For technical issues that could arise in the application process:

In case you do not receive the account activation email (while trying to register on the application portal)?
- Check your spam folder(s).
- Try with a different email address.
- Try after a while.

In case your payment is not going through:
- Try another mode of payment.
- Try after a while.
- Try logging out and clearing your cache before logging in again.

In case your bank account is debited but the application number is not generated:
- The money might be returned to your bank account by the payment gateway. (This might take several days.) In this case, you need to apply again.
- We have no way of tracking your payment in real time.
There is typically a gap of several working days between the time you make the payment and the time when we can be sure that we have received it. If the money reaches us, you may rest assured that we will process your application.
As a last resort, you may send us an email at nbhmexams@nbhmexams.in:
- In the subject field of your message, indicate the issue (e.g., "Payment issue"); also include your name.
- In the body of your message, include all relevant details like email, name, and a mobile number where you can be reached, the application number if it is generated.
- If relevant, include screenshots as attachments.
- Incomplete emails will be ignored.
- It will take us time (typically, several working days) to respond. You need to be patient. Please do not send repeated emails on the same issue.
