Department of Design, IIT Guwahati have become a member of the World Design Organization

Mr. Vigneshkumar, a research scholar of DoD has received European Scholarship titled "DoRa Plus" under Internationalization Programme.

Ms. Namrita Sharma has received Erasmus Scholarship (Student Exchange) from University of Art and Design, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Ms. Monikuntala Das, a research scholar of DoD was awarded 3rd Prize in Poster Presentation at 3rd World Bamboo Workshop held in Imphal from 4th February to 8th February 2019.

Ms. Prarthana Majumdar has been awarded the Best Paper Award at ICoRD 2019 held in IISc Bangalore from 9th January to 11th January.

Ms. Kiran Kumari Mahato has been awarded the Best Poster Award at ICoRD 2019 held in IISc Bangalore from 9th January to 11th January.

Mr. Ranjan Bordoloi has won the Red Dot Award.
