Guidelines on Abstract Submission

• The GRM team encourages scholars to submit abstracts upto 500-800 words containing 3-5 keywords that align with the theme and related sub-topics.
• The last date for submission of abstracts is 27th October 2026, 11:59 PM.
• Full paper submission is optional. However, it is mandatory, if one wishes for their paper to be considered for the Best Paper Award.
• In the case of co-authored papers, multiple presenters will have to register separately.
• Note: GRM is exclusively for active doctoral scholars; entries from graduate, postgraduate and post-doctoral scholars will be automatically rejected. The GRM team also discourages the use of Artificial Intelligence in the entries; Abstracts found with substantial AI usages will be rejected.

Registration Fees

Shortlisted participants will be required to pay a fee of ₹2500 upon selection, which covers accommodation for 3 nights, including breakfast, lunch, and dinners during the conference days and the day before the conference, along with the conference kit.

Award
An award will be given to the best paper(s).
