It is mandatory to participate in the Rehearsal of Convocation on 13th July 2024 to attend the Convocation in person.

All graduating students must register here to receive their degrees in person at the Convocation or in absentia (by post or by authorised person). The portal is opened for registration and it will be closed at 05:00 PM on Wednesday, 26th June 2024

Announcements
All degree recipients who intend to receive their degrees in person need to carefully note the following.
  • Attending the Convocation Rehearsal to be held at 02:00 PM on 13th July 2024 (Saturday) is MANDATORY for receiving the degrees in person at the Convocation.
  • The degree recipients must report to the Marshals at least one hour before the scheduled rehearsal at the Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Auditorium on 13th July 2024.
