The Executive Council has scheduled the Annual General Meeting of the IIChE - Guwahati Regional Centre on June 22, 2019 (Saturday) at 4.00 pm in the Seminar Room of the Department of Chemical Engineering, IIT Guwahati. Members are requested to attend the meeting.

The agenda of the AGM would include

[i] Ratification of the election of the New Executive Council
[ii] Study of the Annual Report of the Centre
[iii] Study of the Audited Account Statement for the financial year that ended on March 31, 2019
[iv] Any other item with the permission of the chair

Notification

In view of the upcoming expiry of the tenure of the current Executive Committee of Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers – Guwahati Regional Centre, it is decided to seek nominations, as mandated by the Byelaws of the Regional Centres specified by the Headquarters and hosted at the IIChE Website [1] for the THIRTEEN posts of “Member of the Executive Committee of IIChE-GRC” with a tenure of TWO years from July 2019 to July 2021.

In terms of the above, nomination from the interested life members of IIChE in the Guwahati Regional Centre region are invited. The nomination paper must be submitted to the Honorary Secretary in the prescribed format attached herewith by 5.30 pm of May 31, 2019. The nominations would be scrutinised by the Executive Committee and the necessary modalities for elections, if required, shall be informed in due course of time.
