Accommodation Details of Participants CLICK

Accommodation in IIT Guwahati Guest House:

Participants will be accommodated in the guesthouse of IIT Guwahati on payment basis. Due to limited accommodation available in IIT Guwahati guesthouse, request for accommodation in IIT Guwahati guesthouse will be processed on first-come-first-serve basis. Also, accomodation for participants in IIT Guwahati Guest House may have to be arranged on a twin sharing basis. All requests for accomodation in IIT Guwahati Guest House should be sent to the Organizing Chair, NCC 2009 over email (ncc2009iitg.ernet.in) indicating the date of arrival and departure.

Student participants will be accommodated in hostels. Apart from many guest houses, Guwahati city has plenty of budget hotels including four-star hotels. Participants who wish to stay in the city have to book hotels on their own.
