The GRM team encourages students to submit research articles that align with the theme Power, Movement, and Memory’.

Guidelines on Abstract Submission

• This conference is open to scholars currently pursuing PhD.
• Kindly note that researchers who have already obtained their doctoral degree (PhD) will not be considered for the conference.
• An extended abstract of 500–800 words containing 3 to 5 keywords, title of the paper, research objectives, methodology and key findings should be submitted on the Google form link attached below. The extended abstract should be uploaded to the form in PDF format
• The participants should refrain from mentioning their names and institutional affiliation on the document containing the extended abstract.

Registration Fees

Shortlisted participants will be required to pay a fee of ₹750, which covers accommodation for 3 nights, including breakfast, lunch, and dinners during the conference days and the day before the conference, along with the conference kit. In the case of co-authored papers, multiple presenters will have to register separately.

Note: Those scholars not receiving any research fellowship might be exempted from paying the registration fee after the production of proof.

Award
Best paper to be awarded to a presenter who adheres to all the deadlines and submission criteria.
