| Lakshminath Bezbaroa Central Library, IIT Guwahati, allows reader(s) of other institutes/universities/research organization, as well as, public in general, to visit and obtain a temporary membership. This facility is free for all. Willing reader(s)/visitor(s) may bring two Passport size photos, copy of a valid ID Card of their parental organization and/or letter from their university/department, etc. While visiting the Library, they would require to fill-up a form and submit the same along with those documents for obtaining necessary permissions. Such reader(s) can browse through/read our book(s) inside Library building and they are also allowed limited access to online journal(s) on few-minutes session basis. Such user(s), however, are not allowed to issue book(s)/journal(s) or any other document(s). |
