Mr. Anand Nakka completed his MTech in Machine Design from IIT Guwahati in 2012. During his MTech, he was involved in the development of test fixtures for bending fatigue performance of asymmetric composite gears. He joined in Mahindra R&D Division as Deputy Manager in Transmission Department in 2012. He worked extensively on gearbox design improvement, proto development & testing, accelerated testing and cost outs. He was involved in developing an Indigenous manual dual-clutch for a low cost. He joined General Electric (GE) as a Lead Engineer in 2016 and has been working for pitch and yaw gearbox in wind turbine. He is presently working on the redesign of gearbox, accelerated testing for Brakes, motors and drives.
