Our lab's research focuses on exploring the fundamental aspects of understanding and controlling light-matter interaction for various low-dimensional solid-state systems including 2D semiconductors, topological insulators, and phase-change materials to unlock their immense potential for next-generation nanophotonic devices. Furthermore, our research aims to provide optoelectronic solutions by developing reconfigurable free-space and integrated nanophotonic devices for a wide range of applications, such as quantum technology, telecommunications, display, sensing, energy, and computing applications.
