Dr. Pinosh Kumar Hajoary is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG), India. Prior to joining IITG, he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at IIT Madras and in the Department of Management Sciences at IIT Kanpur. His research interests include Strategy, Circular Economy, Entrepreneurship, Policy, Tourism and Technology Management. He earned his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and later pursued postdoctoral research at the University of Stuttgart, Germany. In addition to his academic journey, he gained industry experience as a Business Associate at Tech Mahindra. He is a recipient of prestigious Sakura Science Exchange Fellowship from the Japanese Science and Technology Agency, DAAD Fellowship from German Government and UGC Professional Fellowship. He was also selected for Newton-Bhabha PhD Placement Exchange Scholarship funded by the UK Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR, Govt. of India). In his free time, he enjoys playing football and dedicate himself to social initiatives.
