A meeting at ASDMA along with Japanese expert consultants led by Dr. Kuawano Takeshi as appointed by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Dr Ravi Kota, Honorable Chief Secretary, Govt of Assam, Chaired the session and encouraged us with his kind words. Tripathi ji, CEO, #ASDMA is always a great person to meet with did welcome all. Our larger team consists of fantastic colleagues from various SDMAs of the NE Region and CDMR, IIT Guwahati. Its a privilege leading such a project.
