The UAS Bangalore is a premier institution of agricultural education and research, attained many laurels nationally and internationally. UASB is having 6 teaching campuses, 13 research stations and 8 KVK’s spread across 10 domain districts. The university offers 6 UG, 22 PG, 16 Doctoral, 5 diploma programs, emphasises participatory On-farm and on-station research on contemporary issues for increasing agricultural productivity and food security, besides protecting the environment. The University has significant capacity in teaching, research and capacity building in the area of Climate Resilient Agriculture, Biotechnology, Precision Agriculture, Agricultural Water Management, Mechanization, Post-harvest technology & Value addition, Market intelligence etc.
