Working Principle: The Isothermal Titration Calorimeter is mainly employed to study various bi- molecular interactions which can quantitatively determine binding affinity (KD), enthalpy changes (_H) and binding stoichiometry(n) of the interaction in solution along with a wide range of applications including characterizing molecular interactions of small molecules, proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, lipids and other biomolecules as well as enzyme kinetics.
