Working Principle: Impedance and Material Analyzer features frequency range from 1 MHz to 3 GHz and temperature range from - 140 oC to 300 oC. Impedance analyzers measure the complex impedance Z*(ω) between electrical ports of a system under test in dependence of frequency ω/(2π).This technique usually applies a constant voltage and measures the current.

Application:This instrument has applications in Dielectric and Magnetic Measurements, samples like polymers, ceramics. .
