To move the integration activities of Virtual Laboratory into high gear, a 45 days summer sprint workshop will be held at IIT GUWAHATI, from May 18th to July 1st 2015. The workshop will involve VLEAD engineers directly working with the integration engineers from the various participating institutes.

SALIENT FEATURES:

1. Invite integration engineers (approx. 2 per inst.) to participate.

2. Assist all integration teams with Lab integration levels and migration to cloud.

3. Add analytics to the Labs.

4. Integrate labs to the data services.(Lab dash-board).

5. Set up QA and testing process across the teams

This will provide an opportunity to the teams to work together in an environment that will foster better communication and productivity.

Facilities provided by the institution:

• Hostel accommodation for the participants
• A lab/office space. Some limited numbers of desktop pc will be provided for the participants. However, it is preferable if paricipants carry their own laptops.
• Access to state-of-art architecture classroom.
• A small meeting room.

NOTE: Each institute will bear the cost of travel for each the engineers from their respective virtual lab budgets.
