Editorial
It gives me immense pleasure that RSF EEE is growing as an active, ever energetic and one of the most vibrant student body within the lush green campus of IIT Guwahati
since the inception of its new team in June 2017. The first edition of the RSF EEE NEWSLETTER was a strong validation of the same which received interesting and pertinent
articles from nook and corner of EEE department. This is the second edition of the newsletter and pinning articles and entries are still pouring in strongly which brightens
the clear vision of RSF EEE as progress in research with mutual integrity. I wish laurels for this second edition of newsletter.
First of all I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of our readers. After the successful release of the first issue of RSF-EEE newsletter, our team has come up
with its new edition. We hope that you will appreciate this equally as you did in the past. The aim is to make it more informative and fruitful after each edition. In this
regards, your response and contribution are necessary. This is our newsletter, therefore each one of us should contribute directly or indirectly. We are trying to include
the amalgamation of contents so that our readers enjoy reading it. From the department updates to current trends in research, research scholar forum's event to research
scholar's activities, it contains all the possible things.
It's a matter of immense pleasure that the 2nd tri-monthly RSF-EEE newsletter is in the making. It contains various sections related to technological advancements,
job opportunities, interview session with the new student DPPC, publications of the PhD students, departmental news and many more. Hope you enjoy reading it. Wish you
a Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year.
RSF-EEE has rose to prominence in the past few months. I want to thank all my fellow team members for their support and hard work. We have lots of exciting events
in store which will help in creating a bond between the research scholars hailing from diverse backgrounds. Our events will go beyond the boundaries of technical
education. We will organise cultural, sport and other events which will refresh our minds and help us to focus our mind on research. "Play hard and fair, stay fit
and active for research" is my motto.
I would like to appreciate the effort of each and every individual connected directly or indirectly to the RSF EEE Newsletter. I would also like to thank all the
readers of the newsletter. Without their support and appreciations, it would not have been possible to continue the newsletter. The newsletter has a printed version,
available in each lab of EEE department, as well as a web version in RSF EEE website. We are trying our best to make the newsletter informative and attractive. If there
is any suggestion or query or anything else, please do E-mail us. Your feedback will help us in further improvement of the newsletter.
