This CENTD Lab with its various state of the art equipment like Thermal & E-Beam Deposition System, RF Magnetron-Sputtering System, Oxidation Diffusion Furnace, Confocal Microscope, AFM & Raman, Laser Micro-machining, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope and various other equipment was setup at Centre for Nanotechnology, IIT Guwahati under the Centre for Excellence in Nanoelectronics & Theranostic Devices project funded by MeitY.
