Mathematics Teachers' Association, India (MTA(I))

 

Mathematics Teachers' Association, India (MTA(I)) was formed in March, 2018, with the initiative of HBCSE, Mumbai, and Prof. S.G. Dani as President, to provide a platform to mathematics teachers of different levels, math. educators and mathematicians a common platform and to strive to improve mathematics education in
the country.

• A founding (life) member, and a member of the Executive Council, MTA(I).

• Member, Programme Committee, Inaugural Conference of MTA(I), 3-5 January, 2019 at HBCSE, Mumbai;

• Chaired the session "Engaging every child in mathematics : realizing the vision of Savitribai Phule";

• Speaker for the session "Bridging school and college mathematics".
