We invite you all to the SPARC Workshop on Metamaterials: Covering visible, infrared, terahertz and beyond under SPARC and co-organized by IEEE Photonics Society, to be held during February 14-15, 2025 at Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. The two-day event will involve talks by eminent speakers from the field of metasurfaces and terahertz photonics. The event will also include laboratory visits and training with the electromagnetic simulations software useful in designing meta-devices and few hands’on experiences
Various Topics of interest are as follows:-

  • Nano-Photonics
  • Mid-IR and THz photonics
  • Silicon photonics
  • Plasmonics and Metamaterials Integrated Photonics
  • Chiral Metamaterials and Metasurfaces
  • Active and Tunable Metasurfaces
  • Flat Optics based metadevices



Registration Procedure

  • All the attendees have to register for the event.
  • Student participants can avail of accommodation on a payment basis at Rs 250 per day, subject to request.
