Abhijith S

Abhijith Suresh is a Master of Design student at the Department of Design, IIT Guwahati, with a background in architecture.

Influenced by the ideas of Laurie Baker, he moved towards sensible and sustainable building practices. Working on the ground with people sparked his interest in social-ecological systems and their importance for regional and global climate issues, and he sees education as key to shaping collective attitudes towards a sustainable future.

His interests include spatial design, communication design, storytelling, visual-audio narration and animation, and he is developing ways to reimagine educational spaces for a sensible, collective future.
