Education:

July 2019-Present: Ph.D. Scholar in the Department of Chemistry, IITG.

2016-2018: M.Sc. in Chemistry with Physical Chemistry specialization at the Department of Chemistry, The University of Burdwan.

2013-2016: B.Sc. in Chemistry Honours from Raja Rammohun Roy Mahavidyalaya under The University of Burdwan.

Masters Project: “A comparative study between TCNQ/free-base Porphyrin and TCNQ/Zn-Porphyrin non-covalent complexes through absorption spectrophotometric and steady-state fluorescence investigation in solutions” under the supervision of Prof. Sumanta Bhattacharaya, The University of Burdwan.

Project Fellow: Joined a DBT project titled “Novel rationally designed DNA gyrase inhibitors as antibacterials” as a project fellow in the Department of Chemistry at IIT Guwahati under the supervision of Prof. S.C.Pan from August 2018 to July 2019.
