Guidelines for Submission of Project Report
Online BTP/M.Sc Project Report Upload and Checking Process
- Student X uploads BTP/MScP report in pdf format at the portal during the period as mentioned in the Departmental calendar.
- Supervisor Y checks, and if he/she finds the report OK, then Y approves/rejects the report.
- After approval of Y, the portal will send email to the PEC members with a link of the BTP/MSc Porject report. PEC member should login to see the report and for writing comments in the text box.
After Presentation
- Student X can see the comments given by the PEC members after logging into the portal.
- Student also has to take care of the suggestions given during the presentation in modifying his/her report.
- Student X then re-uploads his revised report to his/her Supervisor through the portal.
For Final Report Submission
- If satisfied, Supervisor Y will accord his/her final approval of the report.
- Final Project report will be archived and made available in departmental intranet website.
The signed certificate page for every BTP/MSc Project report will be kept in the department office as a hard copy only, this page will not be made available on the web-site.
