Congratulations to Amey Ramesh Rambatla (B.Tech, 2019 batch) for winning the Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma Gold Medal at the 25th Convocation of IIT Guwahati. He is the first student of Dept. of Biosciences and Bioengineering to receive this prestigious award. Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma Gold Medal is awarded to a graduating student adjudged to be the best in terms of General Proficiency including Character, Conduct, and Excellence in Academic Performance, Extra-curricular Activities and Social Service. 

Congratulations to Harita M (M.Tech, 2021 batch) for winning the Governor of Assam Gold Medal (PG) at the 25th Convocation of IIT Guwahati. The ‘Governor of Assam Gold Medal’ for excellence to meritorious Postgraduate Students is awarded to the student who secures the highest Cumulative Performance Index among all eligible students of the batch receiving the postgraduate degrees across all disciplines of the Institute.

Congratulations to Khushi Karnani (B.Tech, 2019 batch) for winning the Institute Silver Medal at the 25th Convocation of IIT Guwahati. The Institute Silver Medals, one for each of the disciplines under M.Sc., M.A., B.Tech. and B.Des. programmes (except the discipline of the President of India Gold Medal winner) is awarded to the student who ranks first, obtaining the highest Cumulative Performance Index among eligible students.
