Priyakrishna and Monisha Bhattacharya Fellowships for MTech Students:
IIT Guwahati offers “Priyakrishna and Monisha Bhattacharya Fellowships” of Rs. 25,000/- per month and a contingency grant of Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/-
for students of MTech programmes in the School of Agro and Rural Technology and in the Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering. The fellowships will be awarded to two students each in the above-mentioned academic divisions from the second semester onwards, based on the merit and research potential.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to PhD, MTech, MDes, MS (R) & MA programmes (July 2025 Session) of IIT Guwahati.
Applications are to be submitted online through Application Portal. For details of the programme and application process, please refer to the respective menu items (on the top) "Admission Notifications → PG & PhD Admission 2025".
