Booking of Guesthouse Room for Parents of New Students (2022 Batch)

As you all know that, the Admission/Registration of new B.Tech/B.Des students (2022 batch) of the Institute will be held on 26th October, 2022, in this regard, Establishment Section of the Institute has initiated to provide Guest House accommodation (limited number of rooms only) for the parents of students coming for admission/registration purpose
Second Round Allotment of Guesthouse
The Institute is able to allot some additional rooms in the Institute's guesthouse for accommodation to the accompanying parents. To give chance to all those who could not be accommodated in the first round of allotment, a second round of allotment is scheduled as per the following. All desiring students are hereby requested to submit their details by filling up the on-line Outlook Form given below during 10:00 am of 19th October, 2022 till 10:00 am of 20th October, 2022. The allotment will be done on first come first served basis as per the information filled in the online Outlook Form.
(The form will be active only during above mentioned period.)
Only one application per student will be entertained, while more than one entry of the same student will be rejected. Hence, please exercise due caution in filling the on-line form. Request for accommodation will be accepted only on the above mentioned period and on the designated link for the second round allotment. All requests submitted earlier by the students thus treated as cancelled.
Those who are allotted shall be charged as Semi-official category i.e. Rs. 900/- for single occupancy, per day and Rs. 1100/- for double occupancy, per day (excluding GST) and may stay for maximum of 04 days (24th to 27th Oct’22) for admission purpose only.
No guest, visiting for the Admission purpose shall be allowed single occupancy. If in case a single guest arrives for a student, he/she will be accommodated in the allotted room with an occupant of same gender only.
No other mode of booking through e-mail, GH requisition form, telephone call, whatsapp etc. will be entertained for this purpose.
First Round Allotment of Guesthouse
All desiring students are hereby requested to submit their details for Guest House Accommodation (for their parents/guardians) by filling up the on-line form in between 10:00 am of 7th October, 2022 to 12:00 noon of 12th October, 2022 (both days inclusively).
