Document Verification

For BTech/BDes Programmes

The admission is provisional and is subject to verification of all required documents in original for satisfying the eligibility criteria.

For document verification, you must produce all Certificates, Mark Sheets, & Other Documents listed below in Original as well as a set of self attested photocopy in the same order given below.

  • All certificates (Pass Certificate, if any, and Marks Sheets/ Grade Cards) for Class 10 and Class 12
  • Admit Card of JEE (Advanced)-2025 / UCEED-2025
  • Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
  • Class 10 certificate if the date of birth is mentioned in it OR birth certificate
  • Document Verification-cum-Seat Acceptance Letter issued at Reporting Center of JoSAA 2025 / UCEED 2025
  • Proof of payment of Seat Acceptance Fee (JoSAA 2025 / UCEED 2025)
  • Medical Certificate (Details to be updated in due course)
  • Your Photograph in Colour (Background in White Colour) - 2 copies
  • The following certificates, as applicable, in prescribed format given in the Information Brochure of JEE (Advanced) 2025 / UCEED 2025:
    • In case of General-EWS category students, Income & Asset Certificate issued on or after 01.04.2024
    • In case of OBC(NCL) category students, OBC-Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued on or after 01.04.2024
    • In case of SC/ST category students, Caste Certificate
    • In case of PwD category students, Physical Disability Certificate, Unique Disability ID Card
    • DS Certificate, if applicable
  • Those who are having family income less than 5 lakhs in the last Financial Year and claiming tuition fee waiver under MEB/OEB categories must submit (i) Family Annual Income Certificate, and (ii) Income Affidavit in the prescribed formats given at MEB/OEB Page.If you are unable to submit the Income Certificate and Income Affidavit presently, please fill the declaration as given HERE and upload in place of the Income Certificate and Income Affidavit. In such cases, you are to submit the Income Certificate and Income Affidavit latest by (to be updated...). Otherwise, you will have to pay the full fee and no waiver will be applied.
  • Passport (for foreign nationals) or OCI certificate or PIO card, if applicable

For PG and PhD Programmes

Your admission will be regularized after verification all required original documents and subject to satisfying all eligibility conditions stated in the advertisement for admission.

For document verification, you must produce all Certificates, Mark Sheets, & Other Documents listed below in Original as well as a self attested photocopy.

  • All Certificates (Pass/ Degree Certificates, Mark Sheets/ Grade Cards, etc.) starting from Class 10 onward – Upto Qualifying Degree/ Exam
  • Documents for Qualified in GATE / JAM / CEED/ NET/ CAT etc. – if applicable
  • Class 10 certificate if the date of birth is mentioned in it OR birth certificate
  • Online Payment Receipt of Admission Fee
  • Medical Certificate (Details to be updated in due course)
  • Your Photograph in Colour (Background in White Colour)
  • The following certificates, as applicable, in prescribed format given at Admission Website
    • In case of General-EWS category students, Income & Asset Certificate issued on or after 01.04.2024
    • In case of OBC(NCL) category students, OBC-Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued on or after 01.04.2024
    • In case of SC/ST category students, Caste Certificate
    • In case of PwD category students, Physical Disability Certificate, Unique Disability ID Card
  • Sponsorship Letter/ No Objection Certificate from the Employer/ Work Experience Certificate, etc. and Letter of Granting Leave & Releasing for joining PhD programme from the Employer – if applicable
  • Passport (for foreign nationals) or OCI certificate or PIO card, if applicable

If your qualifying degree results are awaited, you shall have to produce original Degree Certificates and Mark Sheets (for each semester/ year, as may be applicable) of your qualifying degree latest by 31.08.2025, failure to which your admission shall be cancelled. Further, you must satisfy all eligibility conditions stated in the advertisement for admission.

Disbursement of Institute Assistantship / External Fellowship for the eligible students (with arrears where applicable) will start ONLY after verification of documents and regularization of the studentship.
